War Torn Realms Privacy Policy

Effective October 17, 2026. FableForge Labs LLC. Terms of Use

Who we are

War Torn Realms is made and published by FableForge Labs LLC. This policy covers the War Torn Realms game and the service at api.wartornrealms.com.

What the game stores

The game creates an anonymous account for you the first time it reaches the service: a random identifier and a device token, no name, email, or phone number. It stores your save (your town, character, goods, and the record of your commands), the goods you list on the shared market and the sales that follow, messages you post in the region chat rooms, and a public snapshot of your town that other founders may look at (your town's name, your character's name, title, level, and people, what stands in your town and who works there; never your goods or coin).

Sign in with Apple

If you link an Apple ID, the service stores the stable identifier Apple provides for your account so the same town can follow you to another phone. We do not receive your Apple password and we do not request your email address or name from Apple.

What we do not do

No advertising, no analytics or tracking libraries, no selling or sharing of your data with anyone. We do not read your chat messages except to enforce the rules of the realm when another founder reports one.

Where it lives

The service runs on a server rented from DigitalOcean in New York, behind Cloudflare. Traffic is encrypted in transit.

How long we keep it

As long as your account exists. Saves keep the last ten versions. Chat messages are kept for the room's history.

Deleting your account

You can delete your cloud account and all of its data at any time from the Hero tab inside the game (Delete my cloud account). Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone. Sales you completed remain with their buyers as goods, without your identifier. Your local save on your phone is yours and stays until you delete the app or choose Start over.

Children

The game is rated for players aged twelve and up and does not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes and contact

If this policy changes, the new version will be posted at this address with its date. Questions: [email protected].
